Driven Properties (India) Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us” or “our”) operates drivenproperties.in and decides how and why the personal data described in this policy is processed. We process personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under them.

• developers, sellers or other partners, when you ask us to share your interest in a specific property;

Some of our service providers, and our group companies in Dubai, may process your personal data outside India. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected and transferred in line with applicable law.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to your enquiry, provide our services and meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
